Each apartment is a two storey self-contained unit that features a front terrace and is accessed via a glass panelled sliding door. The whole ground level is an inviting space that integrates a practical kitchen for simple food preparation, a dining and living environment. Stylish furnishings include a modular rattan sofa with cosy cushions, a 4 piece dining table in dark timber and some quirky pieces of artwork decorating the walls. A small bathroom facility is conveniently hidden in an alcove beneath the stairs for the use of guests when entertaining friends.

Serene Villa Palm 1 offers 3 large private bedrooms all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The fully appointed rooms have either Queen or King Size beds. The highest grade of bed linen has been chosen as well as soft mattresses. All rooms have both pool & garden views. The modern interior design contrasts with the traditional Alang Alang (Thatched) roofing and all rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with modern facilities.
The Bathrooms are open to the sky. and the Master bedroom has a georgeous bathtub giving complete privacy under sun or stars. All bathrooms feature raindrop shower head fittings which give the sensation of bathing under the falling rain with your choice of unlimited hot or cold water, make a special bathing experience. The master bathroom features a bathtub and double vanity basins.
