Our property is a boutique hotel where each room is a private villa offering hotel service within your own Balinese home.
We are in a great location. So close to shops, shops and more shops. Also very close by is a safe patrolled surfing beach, beachside restaurants and nightlife. The famous Legian beach is just 5 minutes walk and you will be sun-baking in no time at all. Not far is the trendy Seminyak with restaurants galore and you guessed it more shops. The famous double six street is right on our doorstep and you are sure to grab a bargain in this area.
We have one and two bedroom private open living style villas which are very affordable. Each villa has its own individual entrance with a garden and lawn. Also available is our 4 bedroom luxury villa with private pool. This villa is very large and is just the place for your holiday if you are traveling with friends or family. It is a great villa to entertain or just to sit back and relax. You will love this villa.

The Hotel was established in 1989 when Seminyak was still a quiet farming district. Renovations were carried out in 2001 to upgrade the villas and to improve the facilities without damaging the existing gardens or disrupting the traditional Balinese design of the property.
The spacious two storey, thatched roof villas feature upstairs bedrooms with en-suites. Downstairs there is a separate lounge, kitchen and dining area with open-air garden style bathroom. Each villa has its own yard and gardens, most with large mature trees to give shade on those hot Bali days.
All of our villas have a kitchenette with a gas stove, toaster oven, crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans. That’s if you are planning on cooking while on holiday!
The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere offers travelers tranquility whilst still in the heart of the action. Only five minutes walk to the beach (150m) and Seminyak’s shopping, restaurant and nightlife area.
