Our villa is located in a not too touristy area of Bali, approximately 20 minutes away from Denpasar. It is only 5 minutes away from the beach of Pantai Seseh. At the beach, you will enjoy long walks, during which you might encounter the sampis (cows), fisherman or young people enjoying surf, but you will rarely meet with the tourist.

Located in Kerobokan, walking distance to the beach, shops and the best restaurants Bali has to offer, 20 minutes drive from Bali International airport and 5 minutes drive to downtown Seminyak.

Only a few month ago the last finished touch was given to villa gabah. This villa offers more than 500 squarnd meters of living space and a large swimming pool area in the midst of rice field. There are 5 bedrooms in total (of which 4 have double beds and 1 twin bedded room). The location of the beroom and or 2 upstairs and 3 on ground level. All bedroom have ensuite bathrooms exept the twin bedded room. The bathroom all have bat tub and showers. four bedrroms have air conditioning and the masterbedroom has it own flat screen TV and international channels.

This is a place to truly refresh your spirit. Gayatri has been created as a private gallery of Balinese art, both traditional and modern, for the enjoyment of guests. For "Gayatri" is the mantra name of Ganesha, the god of creative pursuits.

Villa Joty's modern design is adequately mixed with Balinese touch. The wooden architecture of the separated 'alang alang' roofed buildings is in harmony with the well arranged ponds and the two large swimming pools, one falling into the other, nicely integrated in the flourishing tropical garden.
